We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
Bitz4kidz accepts returned goods only if they are faulty. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods, if you believe you have a faulty product by emailing chattam@bitz4kidz.com.au please include as much information as possible and your contact details. Note: Exceptions to returnable products: Products sold on Clearance are not returnable unless faulty. Clearance sales are considered final.
